Channel Manager, Channel Services

Utubro is a Multi-platform videos services company that produces and distributes original creators' and brands' programming.
As a Channel Manager within the Channel Services department, you will be tasked with managing Utubro's social video platforms.

Sample Duites:

  • Create, present and implement proven best practices to client partners as well as internal teams
  • Help develop key strategies and develop insights for audience growth and optimization
  • Design and execute audience development and content strategy plans for select partners, channels and content
  • Research potential opportunities, and provide a perspective during brainstorm sessions
  • Work cross functionally with strategic partnerships, marketing, product and data teams to execute on audience development initiatives
  • Collaborate with analytics team to analyze data, define viewership patterns and growth metrics, and deliver insights based on data

Requirements & Experience:

  • 1-3 years experience with YouTube and other social media platforms
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to drive viewership or online growth
  • Passion for social video
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in a fast moving environment
  • Sense of humor a must!!!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bonus: YouTube Audience Growth certified
