Junior Program Manager

Program Management, ideal candidates will have experience in supporting branded entertainment and integrated marketing campaigns as well as a proven ability to build senior level client relationships.
Ability to work collaboratively and consistently meet KPIs across functional teams including advertising clients, sales, ad operations, marketing, tech/dev and product, essential to success.

Sample Duites:

  • Main point of contact/liaison with advertising client/agencies and internal teams
  • Support clients/agencies in the RFP process/building complex cross platform media plans
  • Project manage all custom media, brand integrations into video series
  • Data and Analytics – provide strong insights into advertiser performance and tell a story with the numbers
  • Strong understanding of the balance between brand strategy and positioning of the  Utubro product
  • Ability to prioritize and deliver results
     

Requirements & Experience:

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Capitalize on leadership opportunities when provided
  • Understand each component of the sales process from start to finish across multiple departments, divisions and personalities
  • Passionate about providing customer service
  • Self-Motivated
  • Strong portfolio of previous branded entertainment/integrated campaigns
  • Technical and media management skills
  • BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 1-2 years of media sales or sales support experience, agency, publisher experience preferred
